Camille Poirier

With one foot in Germany and the other in France, Camille Poirier is torn between two countries and two passions. As a Professor of Literature, she is also a journalist who writes about music and food for a variety of webzines. When she's not busy browsing flea markets, she likes to create playlists, make pastries, and explore bakeries all over the world to test out all the bread. She likes wheat beer, podcasts, post-punk, khakis and hats.
